Jahnyra J. Cambran, MSN, APRN, FNP-C
I’m proud to say I was born and raised on the vibrant island of St. Croix in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Growing up surrounded by a close-knit community and a rich cultural heritage instilled in me deep values of connection, resilience, and pride—values that continue to shape who I am today.
From a young age, I felt an undeniable calling to help others and knew my path would lead to making a meaningful impact. That passion guided me toward a career in healthcare, where I could turn compassion into action and purpose into healing.
My educational journey led me to South University, where I earned both a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner (MSN-FNP). Nursing school challenged me in profound ways, but it also strengthened my resolve and sharpened the tools I now use to serve others with confidence, care, and empathy.
Outside of my professional world, I’m a proud wife of 16 years and the mother of three incredible children. My family is my anchor and my inspiration. Whether we’re creating memories on the road or cheering each other on at the racetrack—where my husband and children share their love for drag racing—our time together is filled with laughter, adventure, and love.
Through every chapter of life—education, career, and motherhood—I’ve come to embrace the power of perseverance, the grace of compassion, and the beauty of personal growth.
As Oliver Goldsmith once said:
“Success consists of getting up just one more time than you fall.”
This quote deeply resonates with my journey, and it remains a guiding principle that fuels my passion every single day.
